Skylar Reference Sheet - Commission for beastlyman (Patreon)

A reference sheet for Beastlyman of his tiger character Skylar, as an early birthday gift, commissioned by Yako.

Been a while since I last did a reference sheet. I'm always nervous whenever I get commissioned to do them, because I fear that I will be asked to draw a super complex character with tons of markings, colors, details etc. - So when that's not the case, I always sigh with relief. :P

This was certainly one ref sheet, I enjoyed working on - it's a tiger after all. :P There are a few notable things that reference sheets can do wrong however, as I have noticed in the past. Sometimes people tend to go all fancy with their listings of the various colors. Other times, the colors examples are listed - but with no clear text showing which part of the character they belong to. Those are little details, but they can make drawing a character a gamble, when it's not clear you have to decide if the character's hair is black, or the slightly darker black. :P

Anyway, I think this turned out quite well. :3
