I'd like to share with you a little big life update 💜 it's nothing life-changing but something I'm very excited about⁓

After 8 years of honorable service, I've retired my old PC, which had been accompanying me for all these years until now! It had been having issues I couldn't fix since March. I hoped it was some of its whims and that it would stop soon, but frozen screens in-game became crash events and crashes later became Blue Screens... 💀 I had lost joy in gaming, almost dropped Genshin and I was so close to loose interest. Not only that, it was tedious how laggy even medium-sized files would get after starting with the colors, and I couldn't use textured brushes without headaches for having to work in slow-motion...

Today, my new creature came to life, and this is the first post I'm writing from it!! Working on it definitely feels something else - I was in literal tears for the Photoshop palette opening as soon as I clicked on its icon and BIG, TEXTURED brushes being handled as smoothly as a default one 😭🙏💕 I'm so excited to start experimenting with new brushes and effects!!

Below, you can see the images of how my horny hideout evolved since November! It's where all the art is made!! You can see another upgrade I had done is the monitors stand, highly recommended to raise the monitors at eye-level. Mum also gifted me for the past Christmas a standee so I can easily browse my fav anatomy book "Anatomy for Artists - Drawing Form and Pose" by TomFoxDraws (also highly recommended)! (●ˇ∀ˇ●)

Same hard disks to carry all the data over (Crucial 500GB SSD for OS and programs, Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD for data)! Same old fans in the case (Arctic Alpine 12 cm, Cooler Master Excalibur 12 cm), trusted because silent, but no fancy RBG lights haha
Same dear graphic tablet, a 13yo Wacom Bamboo Manga (definitely out of production) which is working only thanks to an even more ancient duct-taped Android cable but no I'm not gonna change it until the very end of its time :')

If this upgrade has happened, it is thanks to you and for you! You made it possible for art to be my priority in life, so that I could direct my efforts to it, and now I'm so excited to share with you better and higher quality art!!
