Discord server access from iOS (Patreon)

Hi everyone! 

If you're part of my Discord server, you may have not been able to access it from iOS devices. An Apple policy update for servers with many Age Restricted Channels rolled in a couple days ago; now you need to manually op-in in order to access mine and other NSFW ones again...
