[ DottoScara ] Shutting down the puppet HD (+ process + PSD) (Patreon)

The most fun artwork I've worked on in a while!! I loved plating with the lights and rendering the lighting, it's something new I had never tried!

Especially how I've set up colors - I wrote in brackets the blending mode setting and opacity setting of each layer.

This time I didn't have the exact pose I wanted in my head nor the right angle for it. It shows how undecided I was by the amount of imprecisions in Version #1, which resulted in a stiff pose... I was considering to just keep going with the rendering and adjust it later but I decided to redraw it from the lineart so I could have a smoother process and it paid off!
