I remember when I first met these two in the official Genshin comic and thought to myself, "Damn, how long have you two been together?" And when I realized they weren't, I was very confused lol. I think I've written like three fics for them that I've posted anon because I like the secrecy. Which brings me to the point I was getting to about this piece because it truly is a secret encounter and I'm ready for write my essay about how much I love this. First of all, the aesthetic of blue and red together? Who thought of that? Geniuses, that's who, including you because you got to do a commission for them and of course blew it out of the water. I will forever tell you about how much I love the way you draw expressions. You can read the emotions in their faces here. You can feel the air stirring with anticipation at how damn close the kiss is within reach. Kaeya being so fucking beautiful (I told my friend that if he ever existed RL and I met him I would die on the spot because I'd be blinded by his beauty), his hand on Diluc's neck, feeding that anticipation. Diluc holding on to Kaeya's hips (Lucky bastards, the both of them). And I love the fact that they both still have some sort of article of clothing on lmao. The lighting of the night behind them is a gorgeous touch too. And the way you draw scars always amazes me because they look so damn good and realistic, almost like you could reach out and touch one and it would feel like flesh. I'm so in love with this and thankful to your commissioner for asking for this wonderful piece of LucKae art.

I often say I started Genshin because of Zhongli and it's true, but also I knew them and wanted to know more because they scream COUPLE (Hoyo even does fanservice for them, can't change my mind)!!
