Here it is finally! A bit shorter than the last update, but if you skipped part 1 to play it all together, it will end up about 3k-4k words longer than your average Adastra build. Things get a little more...complicated in this update, and you'll probably see why I struggled with a certain scene near the end. As always, let me know what you think, and if you spot any typos that you'd like to let us know about, please do so in the comments, or on our Discord server. Note that not all typos have been fixed from Build 12 pt. 1. Thanks so much again for the support guys!

Also, stay tuned this month for a few important announcements about Adastra, including some possible changes for the current VN, and also what might be in store for the future of Adastra.

Well that was certainly an unexpected and horrifying development. Once again, well done! I did notice, however, that Amicus starts saying the default name of the MC when he is drawn back from the afterlife, instead of the player-chosen one.

I already finished it and it kinda left me feeling a little uneasy and kinda felt a little short.... but now we wait till the next update

WHAT DECISION?!?!? LMAO parents got me kind of pissed off at them as well. Not just because what they're doing with the MC but the things they're telling amicus. I am ruined emotionally I dont think my heart can take another hit. No more death. I hope everything ends well for everyone like I literally just cant. As for that damn cat, If it was me he would of been soooooooo dead. but a promise is a promise. *sigh* I swear my heart is gonna explode and the fact that I forgot to save last update so I had to experience that absolutely devastating scene again of my wolf completely heartbroken damn it all.

God, stop wrenching my heart out, I gotta push through. Alright if old issues are dealt with I won't repeat them so I'll just start from the end of the last one: first typo comes from Amicus talking about how we had a choice in the matter but the word choice has an "s" on the end, when Amicus...finds us...sorry...asking if we are real he says "your" when it should be "you're", when the monitor makes himself known to Amicus we talk about him being afraid of losing us but the sentence starts with "He" rather than "He's", when Amicus talks about...that...sorry shaken...that feeling piercing he says "is fog" rather than "this fog".

Well thanks I'm an emotional mess all over again LoL just too much to bear. And now you add a sense of dread...I don't care how many millennia away...that was horrifying. Great work everyone, as always. I can also see why some think its short, but it fills out much of the situation, and its not the full update as its just 12.1 and 12.5 which doesn't make it feel empty with how each part ended. At least not to me. Maybe if you want to fill out some of the conversations with less important stuff that might help, fill in the small topics with a bit more, perhaps less important talk. I'm not going as far as to say you should give a small conversation to the monitor or reveal more galactic knowledge from the parents...okay I won't deny wanting more from Lizard-daddy LoL...but still adding something small in there won't be such a bad idea and it makes it a bit more fleshed out and filled. You did well with the interaction between us and Amicus, maybe adding more interactions (not just those two) will help, they're simple and rather easy to add and it won't be too much. Just a small suggestion, I'm happy as it is, as I said 😍😘

SPOILERS AHEAD: Well, if we take into account 12.5 and 12.1 it was one hell of an update. Nice plot twists and amazing cliffhangers. At this point I still don't know if the parents can be trusted however, yet the outlook on having to not just unite Adastra... paired with your teaser about " what might be in store for the future of Adastra", ... Hngggggg I want more story of Mr Neferu. That conversation with Alex on the Beach when we discovered his true intentions wants me to explore Khemia even more now! As always, great update. Keep up the good work!

I need some help. No matter what I do, I can't seem to load up anything after the 12.1 update. Just the text from the fade to black regardless of which save I load. And it happens when I load up anything for 12.5

Part one has a bad ending, and it looks like you got it. You are gonna have to make a new save and make different choices. Read the comments for the part one update, pretty sure the decisions you need to make are listed there somewhere.

How many different choices do I have to make? I said 'Yes' to Amicus being a good leader, but said I would submit to the will of the Parents during the Poisoning chapter. Should I have chosen differently for that one all the way back then?

Did you tell Amicus to work with Neferu? I think telling Amicus to reject him triggers the bad ending too

Maybe your save or the download is corrupt. Redownload it and make a new save. Maybe tell us exactly what all of your choices are too if you still get the bad ending

This was a very great build, I love how the story has evolved from the first build and how this entire journey has been one big rollercoaster for us. The writing is phenomenal and always stays true to its summary and still has yet to diverge from that, you've clearly have spent a lot of care with this story your telling and I can't wait to see what is next!

I also love how our MC is becoming his own character more and more as we go deeper in this VN. I love MC’s that do that, similar to Tennis Ace, where you name your MC but that MC is his own person, but we can choose certain choices for him

Im so excited. I hope one of the announcements is more art that shows more emotions of the charters during scenes. Would also be really neat if any voice actors are getting involved, doubt it though. Still Im super excited to hear the news.

Debating on waiting until the 24th for build 13 before I play again. And I already know im gonna restart from the very beginning once I do ketch up to the latest builds.

I have an idea of what the decision is. It wouldn't be very far fetched. If it is what I think it is, it will be interesting to see what Amicus decides.
