Amanda's not a fan of Akko's way of having fun, so it's time to take matters into her own hands.  The "Juras Haras" thing comes from a spell in the show called "Juras Haras Haras" that acts as a rope-binding spell.  Her game is gonna be a take on truth or dare, but with an element of magic binding to it, hence why I went with that spell name.
