Hey guys, hope you've all been having a chill February so far.  Trying something different...got any questions for me?  About me personally, how I work, what I have planned, whatever really.  Want to be a bit more involved since I've never been very social online.

Gonna leave this here and reply later today.

Your style is very stylised and fun; have you ever done any more realistic art? Where did you learn to draw? Are you Self-taught or did you go to art school?

Do you like tacos ?

MetaMystic

What’s your favorite book/novel/story?

Your work tends to be emotionally safe, enthusiastic, and euphoric for your female characters. Even your pinup girls look like they're not so much there for the viewer as they are for their own gratification. It's incredibly refreshing to feel like everyone is safe and no one is being coerced or manipulated in your stories. Is that something you aim for? Or is it just a coincidence?

Mac-Man

What up the chances of you doing art streams like you once did before? What's stopping you?

darkdragn

It seems like even when you do pinups you go towards a story and it's almost comic like. Do you do that because you enjoy putting together a story or is it for the sake of the fans?

How are you? You doin okay?

TheOtherHalf

Thank you, I rarely draw anything more realistic, I've always been more a fan of cartoony styles. I technically went to an art school, but it wasn't a good one and I was pretty much self-taught already. I've been drawing off n on since I was 4.

TheOtherHalf

I've never been much of a book person, but if graphic novels count I've enjoyed Giant Days and Seconds.

TheOtherHalf

It's kinda just how I've subconsciously started working. One thing I'm picky about in comics is writing, how I want the story and dialogue to be a bit more "down to earth". I just think it's a little more appealing when it's a bit more..."realistic" I guess?

TheOtherHalf

I've actually been wanting to do some art streams again, however it'd be over on Twitch so it'd be sfw art. I'm currently planning on assets to set up on there before I get going, it's just a matter of finding the time to do so.

TheOtherHalf

A little of both; I think pictures with a story to them are more appealing so I try and fit something in, but it's not always easy.

You're the only person doing western styled hentai that I have found which is actually high quality and hot like back when Zone was doing stuff a lot. Are there any other artists you know who post frequently and have your quality/styling? Always looking to support more people.

TheOtherHalf

There're a bunch I follow on twitter if you wanna look through them, but Gerph is one of the more well-known ones.

It works well, somehow even in the middle of an orgy. One of my favorite moments in anything I've seen of yours is in College Experience with Connie setting a boundary early on and being respected about it, even though she has such a timid personality that would normally get bulldozed over by 'come on babe's with other writers. Literally why I subscribed.

TheOtherHalf

With College Experience in particular I wanted to show it as how these kind of events can actually happen irl, not the typical just big horny group all slamming into eachother. Casual sex like this does exist, but there's more to it then people just going sex crazy nonstop, and I wanted to show that a little more. That's not to say I can't pull SOME liberties with the scenarios of course.

If you can what are some of your programs you use to create your art I’m trying to get into the digital art but so much out there. What are some of the ways you go about coming up with unique characters your scrawled characters are very creative.

TheOtherHalf

I use Paint Tool Sai for sketching/inking, Photoshop for colors, and Clip Studio Paint for animations. PTS is a great free program to use, but if you're gonna invest in something I recommend CSP. Character design is something that gets easier the longer you do it, just start making up characters and over time it'll become easier to come up with more outfit or hairstyle ideas. It's also good to always look up references for weird fashion designs to get an idea of how to make things a little more unique.

Did you do research for this one? It feels very believable, from the implied rules about safety and consent.

Do you have a discord server for patrons? And if not, do you ever plan on making one if I may ask?
