The set up for the comic has undergone some changes.  Some world building ideas from the Establishing Art post I made last month are still in while others have been tweaked or removed. Power-Mom and Flip Powers are still IPC Guardians but instead of their playground being confined to Earth, they’ll be operating throughout the entire galaxy. This should allow me more creative freedom to jump between locations and experiment with character styles and body types, which is always fun.

Now I’m gonna explain some basic world building lore and story ideas that'll be in issue one. 

Every SPB (Super Powered Being) in the universe is required by Universal Law to become a member of a Super Powered Organization. Those who do not fall in line are incarcerated until they comply and must pay outstanding membership fees once released.

Those with noble goals tend to sign a contract with the Intergalactic Planetary Council (aka The IPC) while those with selfish ideals prefer to sign with the Cosmos Devotee Delegation (aka The CDD.)

The IPC and CDD are run by cabals of super powered all knowing beings older than time itself. Naturally. Only the most trusted in each organization are permitted to speak with these Omega Beings.

Think of these organizations as more of a racket than anything else. They have their own rules and every member must pay tribute to keep their status.

So how does Power-Mom and Flip, our two main characters fit into this?

The names of Power-Mom and Flip Powers have become well known throughout the universe. The duo are legendary bounty hunters for the IPC. Officially, they’re Guardians, tracking down the most wanted baddies in all the universe.  Unofficially, they take care of anyone the IPC Omega’s deem a threat.

A recent turn of events has put them on a short leash with the IPC Omega’s. Their last few bounty’s didn’t go exactly as planned so a compromise has been made. The IPC has a public image to keep up after all. They’ve decided to assign another Guardian, Starlust,  to follow the duo and keep them in line.

The first issue will open with this scene.  You’ll get to learn how the two women know each other and what issues they still have or don't... I’ll set up the mission the new threesome will be on, directly handed down by an IPC Omega. Of course they’ll be running into the baddies you’ll be voting on and the big bad bitch Hypnotica.
