January 2024 Content Dump (Patreon)

New year! Reset clock! Back to posting on time out of sheer technicality lol Content was up in the Discord for a bit but I figured posting now "officially" would be best instead of doing a weird new end of month cycle I'd have to keep up with. How's things going guys??? There's like...a lot I gotta cover lmao And honestly, just keep these as bullet points so here I go:

Elephant in the Room: Patreon- Anyone who was paying attention to the page the last month, they'd realize that the Patreon was dead for a solid week. Anyone familiar with my content knows what I do and what I don't do. My more "racy" artworks are old as all hell(8+ years) and whatever stuff is more recent was completely unrelated to Patreon as a platform. And yet I was taken down for outdated outworks and offsite media. I've made a great effort to stay within Patreon's rules, but once someone tries to take you down, they start tacking on artworks that have no business being flagged( a prime example is "I'm Not A MILF, I'm Your Girlfriend you ASS"s preview post here). As it stands now, I've complied with Patreon's rules and removed several media they outlined to get the page back. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but there's really nothing I could do. I've created a Subscribestar as a backup site in case things go south again, but as it stands now, I'm pretty much walking on eggshells. In the coming months, I'll start plugging it more if anyone is more comfortable using it over Patreon. In no rush to move over, but def need to plan ahead.

Bill of Clean Health!- FINALLY got to go to a Dr. and get some insight on what's been up with me. TLDR, I'm good! I have some weird stuff that might be going on, IBS and maybe some late developing allergies, but overall, nothing they can't diagnose. I'm just happy I can finally some direction on my condition. Can look into reading up on the things they've outlined for me. So with that taken care of I can focus on my art more.

10 Years of Lightsource!- I'm 10 years old!! I'm a boomer now lol This year I want to return to my roots! I want to get back to OC content. Lore building, character comics, just...Lightsource. I spent all of 2023 chasing conventions and I just became a slave to fanart. All stuff I enjoy drawing! But like, I rather if  I spent all that time making my own creations.  This year I plan to apply all over, but like, if I get in or not, it's really whatever. I have a friend that works in the con biz and he might hook me up as a Plus1 on his next NY con. So there's that. I just wanna do me!

Dragon Fest 2024!- Setting the date now: 2/23/24-2/25/24, this will be my next Commission Weekend! Doing this at the end of the month so I have time after V-day to chill, as I know I'm probs gonna need some time off after...whatever I end up doing for it. Same as FlamMay and Gyaru-con, this will be a commission weekend with the theme of Dragons exclusively. Commissioning a theme outside Dragons will result in a tax, so stay on theme for the best possible price! If you desperately need a non-dragon comm, you've been warned lol

Valentines 2024 Poll- Speaking of V-day, this year I'm drawing blanks! I don't think I did anything last year either 🤔 but I wanna do something fun! So I'll put you guys in charge of that so I have a game plan early so I can draw stuff ahead of time. 

2023 Master Dump- After this post, expect the yearly Master Dump. A post containing all contents drawn for the year 2023. This post will be Pinned at the top of the Patreon for easy access to anyone who wants.

Closing Statements!-  Anyone who's DM'd me in the last couple weeks between the last content dump, give me another ping! If it's pertaining to content dumps, the end of year master dump pretty much remedies that. But for Tokens, comics or special questions, ping me again. It's way easier to nab me the day after a content dump. 

Years already off to a shaky start, but I'm hoping I can get all the things I want done. Fingers crossed!! Wishing you all the best, and thank you for the support!!
