What If... (Captain Carter) (Patreon)

Just watched the new Marvel show "What If" – in Ep1 they explore what would have happened if Peggy Carter got the supersoldier serum instead of Steve Rogers / Captain America.

Carter comes out of the machine transformed into a buffed up superhero (but not nearly buff enough am I right?)

So I wondered "what if the serum had some big side effects?"
