She would either work in a jewelry shop or in a barber shop, being Penny's "SISTAAA" (like good ol' friends) - would walk and act like the wife in Married with children/Turanga Leela in the reference episode where she's married to a shapeshifter and would probably have the same voice as Pony head in Star vs The forces of evil :')
