Iopette loop (day1) (Patreon)

I got this done and stopped that at point, I'll take a long look at it tonight to figure out all the things to fix and where I'll add more frames before moving on to the next step but at least that's that ~w~ A very rough Iopette getting the full nelson treatment. I'm gonna keep working on it tomorrow.
