So fun fact: I won’t explain exactly how it works because I can’t recall for certain if they explain it, but there actually are tips in the burst series that will cause the bey to speed up later in the battle after being launched, and this is around the time where they introduced that gimmick for the first time. If I remember right, the tip used in the show is called “evolution”

So awakeining is not something every bey can do, so far only valtriek can do it, and its because of valtriek's tip, its made out of rubber that can wear down the more you battle, masively increasing it's speed but also reducing its stamina. Also the supreme 4 are basically the top 4 bladers nationally, if i remember right the top goes like this: Top 1: TBA Top 2: Shu Top 3: Xander Top 4: Zac
