Great reaction as always. The S ranking was for the dungeon as a whole. Cerberus wasn't S rank. It's the same situation as the dungeon with the spider. The dungeon was C rank and the final boss was C rank but the other insects in there were lower level. Things were a little different in the anime compared to the manhua. Jinwoo drank Kasaka's poison in his apartment after he found out the beer was being detoxified and the battle with Cerberus was a little different as well but I still enjoyed seeing it animated.

Great episode but i'm still not sure if this follows the LN or not because if it's the Manhwa the meeting with Jinho was completely cut short instead of walking away without giving an answer he actually agreed but only if it's them two clearing the dungeons and they would fill the extra spaces with randoms which i feel would be crucial info going into future episodes but we shall see. Also the placement for drinking of Kasaka's Poison felt out of place like op said he drank it before in the apartment. If that is how it played out in LN for both interactions that's fine but i haven't looked into it deep enough to find out. Overall content with the episode and don't mind the Cerb fight being slightly different because at least in the Manhwa it doesn't show the fight after he grabs Cerb by the mouth besides stabbing it in the eye for the kill so the extra moment kinda filled that it for us.
