Metallic Rouge Episode 2 Reaction (Patreon)

So, while editing this I noticed the guy at the start is the dude that pops up later after looking at Red Gladiator on the news. I did point him out, but I forgot about him looking at the news then at Rouge and Naomi, so he is probably one of the Immortal Nine or maybe he works for the organization looking for Rouge.  I'm also curious about Rogue's older brother.
