Dang! They almost had an endless supply of synthetic energon. At least neither side got it, but I do wonder when the overarching plot will start advancing again. Enjoy.

As a fellow fan of both Transformers and Anime, I have some information you may or may not find interesting. All of the original G1 cartoon was dubbed in Japanese, except for the final three episodes. This is because in Japan, G1 was continued into 3 sequel anime that never aired in the US: Transformers: the Headmasters, Transformers: Super God Master Force, and Transformers: Victory. Basically they built upon what Hasbro started and made it their own. Of course, they were eventually released on DVD with English subs, so I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find digital copies through Amazon or something. Just food for thought.

I've heard the names before and have some of the retro republished headmaster from a couple years ago. I would love to watch those some time.
