Here is a link so everyone from Tier 2 can still get Prinz Eugen for the original price of the upgrade since I finished the extra drawing for Tier 3 and higher very late in the month again and there was only a few hours to switch.

Yeah it's what the title and the description says. I think there is a misunderstanding. You signed up at February 1st so you will be pledging for the upcoming set 18 of this month. This here is just for people from tier 2 for set 17 who didn't have the time to switch to tier 3 and still want prinz eugen. do you want a refund on gumroad?

It's the extra drawing for tier 3 and higher from set 17. It's there if anyone from tier 2 wanted it but didn't have the time to upgrade so they can get it now for the original price of the upgrade.
