I'm thinking of removing the $1 and $3 tiers to simplify my structure a bit more. How do you guys feel about this?

Depending on how many people are subbed to those tiers. I think it'd be an appropriate change. Since most people would want the climax image sets as well.

Personally I think having a cheaper lower tier option is always good for people who just want to keep track of your work without committing a full price. I think you can combine them into one tier for just low res and censored product unless you're planning to post those for free as some kind of preview.
