I understand wanting to compete art to your satisfaction, but sometimes you have to either compromise, or take small breaks to do a few smaller projects. Even just a few short animations a month. If they've got audio and good production, you'd still be giving your Patrons something while they wait for larger videos to be completed.

Yeah I do have a plan to start posting monthly again after ES. I will do my best so that pauses this long don't happen again.

Speaking as a project manager and IT professional for many years, make your most conservative estimate about how much time you think your project will take, then increase that time estimate by 50% before you publish your estimate. Nobody actually complains about a project coming in ahead of time... Just sayin.
