Just recently, I got the irrepressible urge to draw a squirrel. Maybe it has something to do with the thriving population we have around here. The cute little noses, the big bushy tails -- it had to be done! Not to mention their penchant for hanging around in trees. Never mind the fact that her own feet are probably much better suited to climbing than those sneakers...

I also just love the idea of "wild" animal people hanging around in the places we're likely to find them in real life.
