"No one really knows where it came from," Juno mused, "but it's pretty cool, right? Seeing what we inherited from worlds before. Touching it."

She shifted her hips around on the weathered tiles. "It makes you wonder what we'll leave behind," but she smiled saying it, and her eyes sparkled in a ray of sunlight.

This happens to be the first colored piece I ever drew of Juno. Her look has changed in a few ways (in particular, her face looks pretty off-model here) but the spirit's still there. My thanks to a patron who pointed out that this piece was absent from my full-resolution files. For whatever reason, I lost a few of these along the way; fortunately the original was close at hand!

Yes! Definitely my favorite of your older pieces :)

You always capture characters and their musings so well.

Thank you for asking about it! It's nice to fill in some of the gaps here.

It' something to think about for sure. Really cool piece of art. I hope the texturing and feel. The freedom to just sit down and relax on a paved walkway like that. Maybe on some side road. Looks well kept, aside from the odd sprouts here and there. Would be nice to visit a place like that some day.

Agreed, I would love to visit a spot like this. I enjoy those kinds of peaceful places that feel really, really old, like from another time.
