News reporters arrived on the scene of an altercation between heroines and a new villain in the downtown area this morning, and were shocked to find the entire area in a state of undress. Hands were rising up from the ground after dripping from what appeared to be a massive blue woman. The hands melted any clothing fiber they came into contact with, but did not appear to harm anyone in the area.

Civilians reported their clothes melting away, and an increase in sensitivity in their skin. Many of them were still laughing uncontrollably and were unable to explain what had happened when asked.

Reportedly, the large villain erupted from an office building. Co-workers of the large assailant say she had grown tired of the long work hours and pressure from upper management- and had warned people that she would eventually snap. They noted that everyone would always laugh at her, telling her that she was nothing special just because she had a quirk.

Mt Lady arrived on the scene and attempted to hold up the structure while Midnight and Rabbit Hero: Mirko attempted to apprehend the assailant.

Upon approaching the scene, this reporter could hear laughter for up to a mile away. Once my skirt came into contact with a hand and started to melt away, I ran as quickly as I was able.

The incident is still ongoing.
