Just male. The whole story slightly bugged me because in the prequel sis just sorta has a magic physical sex changing potion out of plot magic while the 2nd story takes it super medically seriously.

Well, at first it was just for fun, but I decided to start developing the character more, so the contrast from non-serious to serious was a bit abrupt yeah. There is an explanation for all what is happeing regarding the potion though, but I'll reveal that later, don't want to spoil it.
