Change of Rules 2 next page small adjusment (Patreon)

Hello! While I was composing the next page of change of rules, I realized I prefered a double page instead. So the next page is double! However, this also means it will take a bit more of time for it to be done and a bit of extra funds from the funding shop. So in other words. this month only the WIP of the sketch of the double page will be posted and next month the double page will be finished.
