I like discovering icons from early 2010's. Im somewhat fond of the simplistic ones because of how recognizable they are when shown on someone's profile or comment section. A lot of detail could work but still needs something of contrast at such small size. That being said, its a shame I didn't take advantage of this when first started making icons. It's just something I learned in hindsight.
