The No Rule Month RESULTS (Patreon)

August saw the option for people to select content that would otherwise not be selectable. While not all of the people at the selection tier took advantage of the opportunity, there was quite a few interesting choices.

After all of the selections I rated the shows from 1-10 and Tony compiled all of the results for the content... However, My initial thoughts aren't always my final thoughts so I'll be listing below the initial rating and then below that I'll be listing my final thoughts and ratings for the shows/movies selected.

This will be a long post and I hope the whole thing is read by all.

INITIAL RATING:

FINAL RATING & THOUGHTS:

12 Monkeys - 9/10.

This show seemed very interesting to me and I'd definitely be interested in seeing more.

American Horror Story - 1/10.

This show made me feel uncomfortable for days after seeing it. Not for me.

Bones - 5/5.

This shows rating hasn't changed from the rating I gave before because I feel like if I never saw another episode then that's fine and if I did see another episode is also fine. I'm happy either way. David Boreanaz was fun though, almost enough to raise it to a 6... almost!

Death Valley - 2/10.

This show was an interesting concept but it wasn't for me.

Fawlty Towers - 1/10. 

This shows rating hasn't changed from the rating I gave before. The show had a lot of slapstick abuse humour that doesn't really land for me, and a lot of humour regarding language barriers which isn't for me either. 

From - 6/10. 

This show made me uncomfortable to begin with and I've been thinking about it on and off since watching it. I'm interested in the plot and the mystery surrounding the town and I did get Lost vibes from it. 

Santa Clarita Diet - 4/10.

This shows rating hasn't changed for me. Drew Barrymore is great but I couldn't get past the acting of the husband. People have talked about it being intentional and maybe that's so but I can't take it seriously at all. Sorry.

Scream - 10/10.

I have been thinking about this since I reacted to it and I really want to react to the rest of the movies. I probably will when I can find the time, or if it gets selected again.

Scream Queens - 8/10.

I have been thinking on and off about this since watching it. The more I thought about it the funnier I thought it was and I'm much more interested in seeing more than I originally thought. 

Star Trek: Enterprise - 7/10.

This show was a lot more interesting than I thought it would be. I'm not sure I'd understand all the Sci-Fi aspects to the show but I'm open for more.

The Cabin In The Woods - 8/10. 

This movie was very creative and scared me a little. I did not have nightmares though!

The Dead Zone - 8/10.

This show was not selected as part of this but I decided to include it anyway. I enjoyed it a lot and would like to see more.

The Man In The High Castle - 2/10.

This show was not for me. I'm not very well versed in History and a lot of it went over my head. The actors were lovely to see though!

The Sixth Sense - 8/10.

This film was interesting to watch and I enjoyed the acting throughout.

The Walking Dead - 9/10.

The most controversial selection and I actually enjoyed it. The zombies were scary but I was invested in the story and would like to check out more to be honest. 

The X-Files - 6/10. 

I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of this show but it's not a priority for me.

Thank you to everyone for picking some out of the box content, I'm surprise by how much I enjoyed. I also hope that you don't feel disheartened if your show got a low rating, it was an experiment and the fact that you selected something out of the box to try out was still worth it in my opinion. I'm glad to have seen everything on the list.
