I'm writing this before I watch you watch it . I always thought this was on the never gonna happen list . But you've sort of been edging towards it all year . Still it's almost like asking you to watch a porno . But I am so down to watch you squirm . Here I go.

Wow, two zombie based shows in the same week. Who are you, and what have you done with the real Shan? This is a show I really can recall going from "hmm interesting" to "wow, this is good", to "holy crap, I need next weeks episode" to "I gotta catch up this soon, I'm getting behind", to just..... dropping it. Not that it was so bad I didnt want to see it, but that I just found other things more "must see", and I got so far behind I never tried catching up..... but I made it more than half way through season 8 before falling off..... might have even got to season 9.... I dont remember. For the entirety of the run, I'd say its "very good". Pretty impressed you gave it a 7, with your anti-zombie biasness. I suspect I'll be seeing more episodes of this sometime in the near future here.

I've never seen this show, but since it's THE zombie show you've been avoiding, I figured I'd watch it and suffer too. Zombies in particular no biggie for me, just the gore part of it I hate. So the horse in this was by far the worst part for me. The story is pretty interesting, but I'm with you I wish they talked more about how long it had been since it all started. From how this episode ended (guy on the radio in the tank), I figure they probably do a lot of mini-cliffhanger endings like that to keep people hooked. Mostly because now I want to know who was on the radio. I hope we see 1x2 some day!

This is so much more than a zombie show, a lot of story is there. Characters are well developed and Rick is a great character played by a British actor.

Good job getting through this. I'm not sure if I could get through something with lots of big spiders so Imagine parts of this were really difficult. Normally I don't watch a reaction to something I haven't seen yet. this time I decided to do the opposite & watch this for the first time with you as I've always heard people praise this show. I wouldn't yet put it on a pedestal based off this episode but it has peaked my interest for more so I took a gamble & preordered a new complete series set coming out in October

Idk how but this show has some of the best zombie effects still & I like when a show can tell you something with no dialogue at times it was shot well, just by Ricks facial expressions in the beginning you could tell what was going on

I remember when this show was must watch every week. Then the pandemic happened and they didn't drop any episodes for a really long time. I didn't bother watching after then. But this brought back memories. Did you not recognize Punisher playing Carl's partner Shane?

Well done for watching and facing your fears. If Zombies looked like vampires, you wouldn't be scared of them. Only difference between the two are the appearances.
