Shan, if you don't want to read this out loud that is fine! I am a fairly new Patron. I have been trying to catch up with Stargate SG-1. I am still on season 5, in fact I just saw the 100th episode! It was so hilarious!

I like all of the SG-1 characters, but Daniel Jackson is my absolute favorite! I was devastated when Michael Shanks left for awhile in season 6! I rejoiced when he came back in season 8! For this reason this season is one of my favorites 😍! I will comment more when I catch up fully! Thank you, Shan for continuing with this show, I simply love your reactions!

Very off topic but i noticed you uploaded the heroes reaction on youtube and i cant help but think of one of the funniest lines ever "I just wanted to see if you'd chase me"

With your question - You couldn't put an active stargate though an active stargate as there is no way for them to be active at the same time if they have the same point of origin. This can be seen when there was the gate in Russia and the one in the US both being used. They could not both be opened at the same time.

2023-08-04 07:03:27 To me it makes perfect sense for the poison to kill the Tok'ra first. The symbiotes in the Jaffa are inside pouches specifically genetically engineered to protect them. The Tok'ra's symbiote has no such protection.

The Tok'ra's symbiote has no such protection. Also, it just occurred to me, that since the Tokra symbiote is wrapped around its hosts brain stem, the effects of the toxin released when it dies is instant, whereas the toxin released by the symbiotes in the pouches would take a few seconds to reach the Jaffa's brains.
