We're getting into some uncharted territory here for me. Though I finished the current (for you) season of The Flash and Legends (obviously I finished Arrow) and watched very little little of Supergirl and Batwoman post Crisis, I dropped Black Lighting completely. If i'm being honest I can't even tell you why. So i'm very excited to finish this year of Arrowverse with you for both the shows I have seen and shows I have yet to see.

I honestly believe that Black Lightning was a late addition to Crisis for a few reasons, In the pre-crisis episode the visual effects were well below par on the rest of the series like they were in a rush to add Jen fading for example. Crisis would have been the perfect opportunity to change the story going forward but they chose to continue because you can't tell me supergirl wouldn't have been here to stop all this already. And finally the sets they used, the only sets they used were the house, the prison and the apartment no outside shots at all which they usually have at least 1 per episode

Junkies had been using “Mr. Jones” as a code name for heroin since the late 1950s. “I’m looking for Mr. Jones” was a subtle way to ask someone if they had any heroin for sale. The term evolved so that eventually when an addict was sweating and shivering while in need of a heroin fix, they were described as “jonesing.” Over time “jones” had expanded to describe any sort of severe longing or craving for anything. It could be food, basketball (see song Basketball Jones), or a shiny new pop doll, maybe even an episode of Grimm. ; )
