I'm pretty sure the voice-over was removed because people complained how bad it was so from this episode on it was removed.

Not one of my favorite episodes. Not bad, but the crime portion was blah. I did like the scene with Bud and Nick at the bar. Nick seemed to sense something going on in the background when he was being followed. I did like the scenes with Monroe, always like Monroe stuff. I'm glad you're enjoying this season even more than last season.
