Basically we had Identical reactions to that final scene. When this first aired I was in the middle of watching Smallville for the first time so I was excited to see that costume

The actress playing the "new Green Arrow" actually has been in costume since the premiere. Like with Prometheus, it's been a combination of her and a stuntman, who is definitely a man. There was a scene in 7x04: Level Two where Rene was helping her when she was injured, and it was actually her. In that moment you can tell that it's a female. Just don't look too much into the fact that they used a male stunt double.

So here’s a fun fact. This new half sibling character was inspired by Thea. The concept of Oliver having a half sister through a parent cheating started on this show with Thea, and the comic book writers liked the concept so much they created this character into the comics and now it’s come full circle with the show using her for this season as well

The female stunt double took over the role of performing her stunts here, after it was officially revealed that the character is in fact a female.

The season started with a male stunt double. Believe they said they did this because they didn't want to give away that the NGA was a woman. At some point they did switch to a female stunt double though.

I loved Felicity in this episode. It is nice that they didn't just revert all her character growth immediately after being back together with Oliver.

Oh, the place where William, Dinah, and Zoe found the plans was MaxFuller's club from the present time. I honestly don't remember if they just reused that set or if there was supposed to be some connection.

And hello Katherine McNamara. Nice of you to finally show up. She was someone that at this point in time a lot of the fandom knew was going to show up. A lot thought she was going to be the one revealed to be running around as the green arrow.

Fun fact: That Max Fuller dude did actually appeared before in the 3rd episode of the 1st season of Arrow "Lone Gunmen". Tommy and Ollie went into his club and his security kicked their asses, until Laurel showed up and did some wist-lock\judo throw\hip toss thingy and saved out boys' asses, or something like that. For some reason I remembed that loser and his face and I actually poped hard when I saw him again and was impressed that the show brought back a one-episode guest actor back after more than 6 years with the same character!!!

I remember the press releases actually gave her fake name and fake backstory in her character description that was never even mentioned in the show.

When they enter the fight club, Dinah says to Zoe and William that 20 years ago this was a bangin' club or something like that, so it was intentional, but they also used the same set, so it's a win-win)

Yeah I agree. Not much about this episode was very interesting, except the ending scene. Last week was a much better episode.

To clarify what Zach Hershman meant about Kat McNamara (from Shadowhunters), when her casting was announced, it was thought she would be a present day character, not in the future flashforwards.
