WAIT A MINUTE! Did they add Diggle in the last scene????? When I watched this episode Diggle just vanished... I mean he was there with Felicity but when the camera moved he just vanished.. So they just add him afterwards or what 😂 Well but I think you can see that they add him bc it looks kinda weird

Also I think what Diaz took is something else otherwise they would have mentioned it 🤔 and again.. I rly dont like seeing Oliver getting beat up by Diaz 😂 its just wrong!

I honestly don't like Diaz as a villain, I didn't like season 6 with him as the villain and when season 7 came around I massively sighed when Diaz was the villain again, they portrayed him as this tactful person but his plans were so rudimentary even Rene should have been able to figure it out.

i really liked this episode also! i think turner being oliver’s backup was dope and the one shot was amazing. i also liked seeing stanley go all physo and stuff, the actor did a great job!

Reece Hart

Fun fact about this episode. When it originally aired the last shot where it zooms out from Oliver and Felicity kissing whoever did the CGI for it orginally left out Diggle from the shot and they had to add him in for later versions of the episode. I remember fans making jokes that he was now a speedster

Regarding Reece's comment about Diggle: Jokes were also made that Thanos' Snap crossed franchises.

Turner didn't just 'turned' on Brick and Sampson out of nowhere. In the episode when Ollie sliced guards to get to the "Level Two", Turner said that he has to work for Brick, but he's not enjoing it, and they are not friends or anything, so that switcheroo was earned if you include Oliver apologizing for getting Turner into the hole and promising to work out some deal with Lyla on his behalf. And it was so good to see Michael Jai White kicking major ass alongside Stephen, mmmmmm that one-shot was fantastic. All of my love goes to the performers, the director of the episode James 'BamBam' Bamford and his stunt team. Also this prison arc is one of my favourite storylines from Arrow and it was really gratifying that the show didn't just returned to the status quo in like one or two episodes. Like Barry spent 2 episodes in prison, less that a full episode in the Speedforce, one episode in the Flashpoint timeline, hell Ollie left Starling after season 1 finale and retuned in season 2 premiere, the same thing with leaving with Fel in the season 3 finale and returning back in season 4 premiere) And I like Ricky, I'm glad the didn't kill him in the last season finale, so he could be the baddie in this arc and we didn't have to set up a new random villian, I'm glad the show brought back Brick, Sampson and Bronze Tiger. Just a good f'n arc. And no way this was The Mirakuru, Diaz wouldn't have lost the fight here not last episode if it was, with the cure, stopping soldiers on Mirakuru was really hard, like maybe big explotion, decapitation or heart extraction, but Slade was f'n unstoppable on that drug. And the show would have mentioned the Mirakuru by name if it was it. It was probably just some comic-booky experimental strength enhancer, pain reducer type of sh!t, just for Diaz to level up, 'cause Ollie kicked his ass pretty easily in the season 6 finale. This season had a new showrunner - Beth Schwartz, she was a writer on Arrow since S1, wrote some good episodes(some not so good). Also in the previous seasons stuff always leaked, I always knew what actors returning, what characters new actors gonna play, where the story might be going, but Beth kept that sh!t under a lock and key, so I remeber being surprised a lot. Glad to see a "Favourite" tag on this one, 'cause it's one of my favourites of all time throughout the whole Arrowverse)

Shan, some of the guards were corrupt and some were not. Like not everyone in SHIELD was Hydra.

Oliver extends an olive branch to Turner and help him out, that’s why he joined with Oliver

Wyatt

This was another of my favorite episodes of the show. There were a couple things things that kept if from being the best. My main issues is the final fight between Oliver and Diaz. It’s great until Oliver and Diaz are in his cell. Oliver somehow grabs Diaz’s knife and stabs him (all offscreen) and Diaz doesn’t even fight back he’s just like “Oh my! I’ve been stabbed! I’m gonna lie down now” and gets hit and falls over

I think the last episode you enjoyed thoroughly this much was the Arrow Season 5 finale. I’m glad you liked it this episode is one of my favorites too

Stanley is indeed very different then the usual Arrow Villians and that is refreshing. But make no mistake Stanley has mental problems. He seems a bit psychopathic to me. And often these types of people are much more dangerous than the "I'm going to beat you up" bad guy.

Agreed. Brick would just want to rob people and take over the criminal underground. Stanley would kill multiple people and as is common with serial killers sometimes they can’t be caught

I'm glad they fix the end scene XD, when I saw it the day this came out, Diggle disappeared when the camera panned out.
