Yeah, season 1 definitely has some problems with trying to make everything super over the top with dramatic music and crazy shots/cuts (also, the kind of "Arrow" thing where every character can't jump off a table without turning it into a triple backflip). Still happy to see you react to it since it's still a pretty good show, especially season 2 and 3 onwards when it really finds its footing...
