To me the love between Aiden and Emily feels forced in away. They had a spare few moments during flashbacks and because of that they some how have to end up together, whether that is short term or long term. Regardless, I also miss the chemistry.

I also never liked them as a couple, although I always thought Aiden was an interesting character on his own. They were pretty popular as a couple with female viewers back then though as far as I remember...but that was probably once again because of that English accent many fall for in a guy in movies. :)

I don't hate them as a couple but it was obvious she had better chemistry with the actors that play Jack and Daniel (of course).

I don't hate them as a couple either, but it feels to forced and unnatural to me. The writers for some reason decided that Emily needed an (new?) love interest and wrote in someone from her past. But as you, Felix and Shan mentioned you don't feel any chemistry between them. Or not enough at least.

Oh, I guess I'm all alone on my Emily/Aiden ship. I always liked their relationship more than any other love interest Emily ever had.
