The guy who stole Oliver's food in the opening was Bronze Tiger from previous seasons and the guy who plays Stanley also played Parasite late into Smallville

The guys in prison are: Danny Brickwell/Brick from Season 3, Ben Turner/Bronze Tiger (the guy who used claws) from Season 2 and Derek Sampson (they guy that Rene threw into a vat of drugs who then became invulnerable to pain) from Season 5

The island was blown up, but vegetation can still grow on land after it's been burnt. Whenever there is a forest fire, the land doesn't remain burned forever; vegetation grows as time passes.

Here is what I got: The number pays homage to Vince Terranova's "ident code" from the TV show Wiseguy. That show is one of Marc's favorite. In addition, 4587 has appeared multiple times on Arrow and on DC's Legends of Tomorrow; it's the warehouse number and the Legends' cell block number in "Star City 2046" and "Destiny" respectively. It's also Rip Hunter's bank vault number in the season 2 episode "The Legion of Doom". Furthermore, in the series' season 3 episode "Zari", 4587 is the alleged cell number of Zari's brother Behrad. It also references to Season 2, Episode 3 "Broken Dolls", in which during Moira Queen's trial the ending docket numbers of State V Queen trial are 4587.

The guy in the prison that forcefully tries to recruit Oliver is Vinnie Jones. He was in X-Men Last Stand. He played Juggernaut. Horrible movie and he was badly miscast but he shows here that he can actually act, as well as be physical.
