I have that sometimes (like with this episode), but personally it doesn't matter that much. If I have to download an episode it normally takes 3 minutes.

True, and you could say the circumstances are in some ways comparable.

Disney15ish

Something kind of interesting about the writers credited to this episode. The story ("basic narrative") was credited to Marc Guggenheim, one of the showrunners. But the teleplay ("individual scenes and full dialogue") was credited to 2 writers, Ubah Mohamed and Tyron B. Carter, whose previous contributions to the Arrowverse only included a few episodes of LOT S3.

The lawyer just wins cases due to outside influence. Oliver only won this case due to Christopher Chance impersonating the judge and according to Malcolm, Moira only won her cases due to his interference.

If they knew the judge was in Diaz's pocket, all they had to do is file a peremptory challenge to judicial officer. The case would have been assigned to a new judge and they would have gotten a fair trial. Also, I laughed when the judge placed Merlin, or whoever it was that was wearing his mask under arrest. That doesn't happen. The judge hands down sentences. He doesn't read miranda rights. Actually, he didn't even do that so...

The episode title (and trial number) is a Green Arrow comic book reference. Based slightly on how dates are written in the U.S. 11-19-41 is November 1941, which was when the Green Arrow character debuted in More Fun Comics Issue #73. Yes, Christopher Chance is called the Human Target. Also, the laywer who prosecuted Barry played Human Target in that character's own show from 2010-2011.
