Shan, in addition to One Tree Hill and The Vampire Diaries, Allison Scagliotti (Claudia) played one of The Wonder Twins in an episode of Smallville.

This was the first episode I started to think I might like this show. Which I realized when I noticed how much I cared about what was happening with the characters in this episode. Feeling bad for Claudia for everything she went through and losing her family, wanting her to get her brother back, the connection that Artie and Claudia had, seeing Pete and Myka care about Artie, Myka wanting to talk with Artie about the people they lost on the job, and worrying about what Mrs. Frederic's was going to do about Claudia. Also, something seemed different about the acting from everyone in this episode more intense and focused, which I enjoyed as well. From here on out I thought the show continued to improve and I hope Peggin keeps requesting the show so we can watch the show and cast continue to grow and improve. I don't know if anyone has pointed it out yet but this is essentially where all the Angel writers and directors went after the Buffyverse ended, so it's almost an honorary Whedonverse show. And you will see so many familiar faces from all the scifi/fantasy you've been watching, even some reunions... I hope you keep at it because this show completes my trifecta of comfort shows (with Buffy and og Charmed). I know it has a slow start, but that's just because they really took the time to properly introduce the cast - and you still have a few key people to meet! They're playing the long game but I think it pays off. And you aren't crazy seeing the Librarian similarities, the Librarian tv show essentially replaced WH13 (which was Syfy channel's ratings hit) the season after it was cancelled (I know Librarian books/movies are older, but imo the tv show style/timing was influenced by WH13).
