I liked Nancy and Jonathan's argument in this episode, because I think that they're both right. Jonathan is from a poor family, his father is not present and his mother works for a store that seems to be going out out business due to the new mall. For Jonathan he needs the job, not just for gaining experience, but because he probably needs the money. Nancy might not need the money since her family seems to be at least better off than Jonathan's, but she has to deal with the sexism from the journalists who have been treating her pretty badly. She just wants to prove that she is able to be a journalists. From what we saw, Jonathan didn't really deal with any mistreatment from the journalists. They both had a point and just need to learn to understand where the other is coming from so they can move forward.

Not sure on peoples feelings overall, have never done a poll, but I think her schtick gets tiresome. They either needed to tone her down slightly or give her less screen time.
