I mean the way Dick said it was rough but Bruce Wayne does have some type of antisocial personality disorder similar to being a borderline psychopath

What's not to understand again? Dick feels guilty, he killed Jericho, indirectly, because he put Jericho in that situation, that resulted in his death. That's why Dick said that he killed him, because he did. They clearly showed that Slade would never intentionally harm his son, so if not for Dick and Titans, Slade would've never killed Jericho. There can be more than one guilty party, Shan. And Dick is one of those! And he knows that. The show laid that out perfectly in this and previous episodes, there is no ambiguity here.

I mean, Slade threw a grenade and a knife towards Dick with his son right behind him, knowing that Dick could move out of the way, thus hitting Jericho. So never intentionally harm him might be a bit of a stretch lol

Perhaps Slade calculated the risk he took / was taking with those actions. The grenade didn't do much harm. Furthermore, Slade knew that Dick would always be a 'hero' and therefore would never evade a blade or any other type of weapon if that meant it would harm Jericho. Slade would never intentionally badly harm is son, but when two sides are fighting collateral damage is often unavoidable.

I could make the same argument that Slade, by killing Dona's mentor (and knowing Robin is a hero), he would come after him. So therefore Slade forced Dick's hand in coming to the church and he therefore fully responsible. Now I get Dick's guilt and Hawk and Doves anger. He went against there wishes and a friend died. But without a doubt this is all Slades doing.

Slade was reckless in throwing the grenade near his son. End of story. He can not predict exactly the movements his son might make regardless of knowing Robin. This is proven when he fails to predict his son jumping between them when he gets stabbed. So to Reintegrate ***Parents ... Do Not Throw Hand Grenades Near Your Children. *** Its not safe.
