yup I'm pretty sure it's the same girl that is talked about in Constantine that is talked about in this episode :)

Shan, they recast the young actress playing Damien Darhk's daughter. The original child actress was pretty much playing her own age in Arrow Season 4. Here they needed an older actress who was capable of doing what the character needed to do in this episode, and was small in stature to pull off playing younger than she actually was (she was 20 playing 13 or 14). The recasting also kept her true identity a secret until the surprise reveal halfway through the episode (like when Sara was recast on Arrow). And she's a closer match for the adult actress playing Nora Darhk (Courtney Ford AKA Brandon's [Ray] wife), like the recasting of young Kara in the Supergirl flashback.

I mentioned my knowledge of this on discord after Shan watched "Return of the Mack".

I loved the energy between Caity and Matt. They could trade goo goo eyes or insults...two great actors enjoying themselves!

Yeah I also found Snart giving Sara romance advice pretty funny!

I've mentioned this before but I like to point it out when it pops up. The location they used for the hospital is the same one that pops up with alot of shows filmed around there in Canada. It's been used on Smallville, Supernatural and various Arrowverse shows a few times on each. If you keep an eye you can see the front of the building and the staircase pops up in different shows and when they show up in the 60s they are on the staircase inside with the receptionist area in front of them and you see that pop up several times in the shows. I'm not knocking it I actually like it. It's fun to watch for it and it has a distinctive looking staircase etc. so I can see why they use it as a location a lot. It's doubled as a Hospital, an Asylum, a Prison, an Army base, an Orphanage etc. I don't know if you ever noticed it before but it might be fun to see if you ever notice if or when it shows up again. To me it's kind of like when I see an actor from another show I like pop up.
