So the riddle is starting to be solved. Alaric's sins have a lot to do with Sebastian and the "others", and those things are definitely going to be visited upon by Josie and Lizzie now that they are trapped in the prison world

Do we know from which coven Emma is from ? So maybe she is a Bennett or do they have a stack of Bonnie blood ?

I am presuming he has a bottle or two of Bonnie's blood just enough to be able to send people into the ascendant (like he did with Sebastian). They didn't use to much of her blood to send the hourglass through.

The Wade (is this how you write him) irritated me a lot but yeah I think they wanted to show that different creatures exists even in their school if they don't know thats my theory. And for Alyssa yeah you kinda saw a burned down house and my guess it that she killed her parents and 1. had this "temper" before this is why the house burned down our 2. she wasn't in control of her powers and this is why this happed and. By seeing what she did as a litte witch I would think she knows her powers quite well though ... I would have liked to see how Alyssa was when her memories were wiped and I wonder if the spell Josie did brought back everyones memories did it bring back the compulsion memories of people ? And also I think Freya does/did black magic and she has no hour glass how does she cope with it ?

Freya have always done Black Magic, because unlike ordinary witches, Dahlia trained her into using only dark Magic and the fact that she is a First Born Mikaelson.. I just dont think she needs a hour glass, because of that, and the fact that she is not connected to anything, there is no rules that prevent her from using dark magic.

ButI think Clark didn't have rule to prevent her from using it ? She got side effects from using the dark magic so she needed that hourglass but I really don't understand it why Josie needs it and the other don't. Hope used black magic before and I don't think she had any side effects or even when Bonnie used it she had no such thing

I have a theory, maybe its because she is a siphoner and she has to siphon black magic in order to use the black magic. Maybe the siphoning of black magic can make you go dark/evil and a regular witch using it, just does nothing?

@Michael oh yeah that you be a good explanation ! But are they really siphon black magic (other than in the sword) or is it just using black magic spells ? But maybe due to their body not beeing able to "produce" magic maybe their body can't also "digest" it properly ?

I'm not sure Josie needed the hourglass. That was something Clark tricked her into thinking she needed. In doing so she avoided dealing with the much more minor side effects of each spell which probably would have had time to wear off between spells cast. The hourglass brings in the risk of every side effect hitting her at the same time. (1 cut from a knife every week for a year won't kill you. 52 cuts at the same time could.)
