I think what Josie meant is that she didn't wanna deal with Lizzie being overprotective and wanting her attention rather than Hope. As for Josie having a crush on Hope, to be fair, their parents did have a huge attraction to each other. With enough seasons down the road, they could become Klaroline: The Next Generation

Really enjoyed the reaction. About what Josie said I think it is important that she is talking about her thoughts at 12-13 so she probably was thinking of friends who may have preferred Lizzie to her and probably boys. At that age who knows if Josie had had a girlfriend or even a serious crush on a girl yet so she wouldn't know for certain how Lizzie would react but she didn't want to risk it.

also i think josie meant that lizzie always gets involved in her relationships and doesn't stay out of it, and josie isn't her own person because she always puts Lizzie first before anything, i think that's another main reason.

I think what Josie meant was that Lizzie would go after Hope as a friend noch relationship wise. Just that Lizzie would go after the people she likes (romanticly or not) and make them be her friend instead of Josies and take all the attention to her. The life of the twins rotate about Lizzie and Josie doesn't have much her own life it always is about Lizzie. When they had the council elected and Lizzie never even once thought that Josie might also wanna be on it and stuff. I think it is what also happens to people that Josie likes when Lizzie knows about it ...
