Centipede serum was always temporary so I don’t think daisy has that anymore. If you didn’t know that actor playing John is his son. John was always excited about missions and new toys so his younger version being less “mature” and more excited for John isn’t really strange at all.

Yeah the actor playing Garrett is James Paxton. Son of the late Bill Paxton who played Garrett. Bill died 3 years ago so this was a great way to bring his character back.

The effects of Centipede serum on an inhuman are unknown. The effects of Centipede serum on a subject who's blood already contains GH.325 is also unknown. The version she took was also completely different from previous versions of the serum as it contained Jiaying's DNA. It's not possible to know if the effects are temporary or not without more information from the show. If they were permanant, I'd be curious to see if they transfered to Nate as well.

I'm worried for the future now I hope they sort it out. Hope Mack still build the axeshotgun in the future and that one line and Fitz killed him. I didn't know about charmed, I have to watched it again.

Zoot!

Fitz was the one that killed Gordon, not Mack. Mack just had the cool line :)

You could say that Gordon killed himself, Fitz didn't do anything, Gordon teleported onto the pipe.

Zoot we need would need evidence that it is permanent not the other way around because ALL centipede serum power boost were temporary and daisy even said her power is genetic and not serum when asked by Sousa. She would have at least said half and half if it wasn’t

Shan, you should see Bill Paxton's (original Garrett) performance in Weird Science (1985). That was how he was at that age. And don't worry Tony, I'm not asking her to react to it, just check it out for herself. Joel Stoffer (Enoch) was actually in 3 Charmed episodes. "So, what, Mack's not the one that kills Gordon, now"? You said that like you truly believe that's what happened. Mack had that cool line, "I'm the guy who kills Gordon". But in the end Fitz killed Gordon, he was holding the pipe Gordon teleported into. Effectively, being impaled...by Fitz.

That is simply not true at all. Centipede serum given to the Mike Peters, or Deadlock, was not temporary. He never got more of it and he maintained his powers afterwards. It took freezing it at just the right moment, but it shows the serum could be permanent. Also, hello, look at what it was created for. Coulson was dying because the Ghost Rider killed whatever was in the alien blood that rebuilt the damaged tissue from when Loki killed him. So FitzSimmons created the Centipede cocktail using everything including Jiaying's bones and the knowledge they gained from Deadlock to fix Coulson. Do you seriously think they would push so hard, putting the world at risk, for just a temporary fix for Coulson? They built it to be a permanent fix. Boom! Lethal Logic Smack Down! (Okay, that was silly, but I'm sure it's funny if you imagine it being read by any guy who does action movie trailers)

One of the many things I really love about this show is how villains aren't just two dimensional sociopaths intent on pure evil like many shows have. (Not counting the current jagoff member of the Malick family). How many villains from the show have received redemption, even after they died as evil scummy people. Ward is a big one. He got to come back with an altered past in the Framework. Instead of being rescued from prison by Garret, he was rescued and then trained by agent Hand. As such, in the Framework he showed us all the Grant Ward we all wished we'd gotten the whole time (although he was a fantastic villain). Deadlock, kind of. He was villainous, but never evil. He was just under Garret's control, made to do evil things against his will to protect his son. We still got to see his redemption afterwards, so that was awesome. Daisy's dad. Such a character. So passionate. So insane. So loving. What an emotional journey Cal took us on. He gained his redemption by helping Shield and killing Jiaying to save Daisy. He also gained his freedom when they wiped out his past, so he could live a normal life despite now tragically never knowing Daisy is his daughter. Now we have Jiaying's redemption. She hasn't lost her soul being cut to pieces and she hasn't lost her first daughter to suicide. She's gone, but their's hope Jiaying could hold on to until she died saving the daughter she had just found out about. Talk about crushing though. To have the mother she always wished for, for such a brief moment. Such an amazing episode. Plus, there are more episodes and who knows who may still pop up and redeem themselves.
