To be fair, she has only really known J’onn for like 6 months and that he is a good guy for like 2. I feel like she was willing to forgive her sister she has known for 13 years after her explanation vs J’onn who really didn’t give much of an explanation

I think Kara did treat John right at the end, she gave him a knowing understanding look, and held his hand, at that moment he knew that she got it and words didn't need to be spoken, so I disagree with you, at the end, she treated him right

I also agree with Wyatt and Brent. J’onn didn’t give much of an explanation, there is a deeper history and feelings between her and her sister, plus she’s had time to work through her feelings at this point.
