No reaction to the guy being revealed as the villain Anarchy? You just kinda shrugged it off with no real thought, you know Oliver likes to lie a lot it's not that confusing as to why he never said anything about the pit, besides the lingering thought of bringing back somebody to life without knowing what it will do to their mind, just look at Thea she has this uncontrollable rage about her now and she was only dead for a little bit, imagine somebody who's been dead a while and what it could do to them.

When would they have brought it up? I mean Thea said she didn’t wanna think about it, Oliver and Felicity left immediately after Season 3. Pretty much the only person who could have told her was Diggle and he probably wanted to move past last season as well. Also “Hey, Thea got stabbed and brought back to life” usually doesn’t come up in casual conversation lol

It's been like 2 yrs, but no... Not a skeleton, skin and bones. A complete Skelton in that box would take around 10 or so yrs... If she had been buried in a proper casket much, much longer.

Even though it wasn’t a picture book. 24 people being laid off is still quite a lot especially for a big corporation. The woman wasn’t wrong. That was “a lot” to fire.

I feel like this isn’t a spoiler since it’s been something that has gradually been happening since season 2 so I’ll just say it. I’m not surprised they didn’t tell Laurel. The showrunners and writers have largely disrespected Laurel ever since they started pushing Felicity to a bigger role by making her the romantic lead and having a more prominent role on the team. It’s not surprising they never wrote the story so that Laurel would have been told considering they don’t give her much of any story anymore to begin with.

Disrespected her? I wouldn't say that...Laurel in the show has never been a major character. I know she is a big part of the comics, but in the show she isn't. I mean, in season one, she's little more than a recurring character. That isn't "disrespect" any more than it's "disrespect" that other characters in shows aren't major characters. Oh, and while I don't like Felecity...she's pretty much always had a bigger role on the show than Laurel. She has helped Oliver from the very beginning, she was the 2nd person to find out who Oliver was, etc...That's something that has been going on since the pilot episode.

This episode's hypocrisy with Felicity's firing always bugs me. I mean, she goes through the whole "it's so horrible I have to fire like 24 people," and then she has the triumphant moment when she hires them all back. Meanwhile, she has a throw away line about how she shut down a whole paper company...likely firing hundreds of people. But she had no moral crisis then. Hell, she acted surprised when the board asked her to fire people, even though she shut down the paper company "months ago." So the fact that Palmer Tech is firing people, shutting down offices, etc. really shouldn't surprise her.

Let's just say he is not used to telling the whole story of the things he does or has done.

Felicity is a victim of what I like to call the Arrow female lead curse. When you are the female lead, which Laurel was to start, they give you attention. Sadly they can't write solid female characters worth a damn when they give them attention. So Felicity was more interesting before she became the female lead and Laurel, now that she isn't, is becoming a more interesting character.

I was going to say something about not noticing Anarchy or who Curtis Holt or Wynn on Supgergirl is either but I guess there is just going to be some b or c or d list heroes or villians in all the show you might not immediately recognize from the comics, there has been a few for me but. For me I've normally either known the from the comics or I guess been spoiled but announcements at watching the youtube panels from comic cons or hearing a name a googling it to remember who it was from comics. Some just aren't as widely known or are the arrowverses own spin on them so it's understandable you may not catch everyone. Also Ollie running for Mayor didn't come out of nowhere for me because he did in the comics so I thought it was just a matter of time since the show started
