Max was originally the guy that hired Veronica to look for the girl he fell for, who it turned out was a prostitute his friends hired to give him the "girlfriend experience". He waited with her and Logan in Logan's penthouse suite, as they brought in several hookers to find her. When they did get together it didn't work. Then he and Mac dated for awhile.

It seems weird to me that Leo doesn't seem to remember meeting Logan. He arrested Logan at Veronica's place after the biker stabbing and Aaron's arrest. While I can see Logan not remembering the deputy that arrested him, A. That was a pretty major event to stick in Leo's mind, AND Logan was always a bit of a celebrity, or known name and was in the news again after that. He also sold the Lily/Aaron sex tape to Logan. they may not have met to do the exchange, but Leo did say that he knew Who he was selling it to. Just weird that he acts like he's only heard of Logan through Veronica.

Kendall (Charisma Carpenter) was supposedly killed by the Fitzpatrick guy. Though Rob said that since we never saw the body, you never know.

Even when I do know who the person is, I still prefer for her to pause and look it up for herself, because it would drive me crazy if she went on watching it, without knowing. It's one of those things that would gnaw at me the rest of the episode.
