I guess it's easier to appreciate this episode if you're a Gunn fan, which I am. I think it's a good bit better than some of his previous episodes that focused on him.

As strongly as I despise what they did to Cordelia this season, the scene at the end is one of the most memorable in the series for me. I'll never forget how angry I was getting when I legitimately thought she was going to kill Lorne, coupled with my frustration of what was happening with her in the story then BAM, everyone know's something's up. Finally.

End of ep is one of my favorite acting moments for DB. The disappointment, the betrayal, the anger all comes across with one hard expression.

I like the fact that no matter how adult I am i can still laugh like a school boy when the writers slip in a joke.....Wes translating the text Angel is remembering from book, 'whats is say..Wesley-something about strangling poultry'....me-choking the chicken, hehe

I am rediscovering this season with you Shan. As sad as it is to say, I don’t think I have rewatched it as much as I have done with other seasons of Buffy or Angel and I think I know why... I mean selective memory or also because I am not a fan of that “evil cordy” storyline and I sadly read somewhere (I truly hope it’s false) that this storyline was made by the writers to kind of punish Charisma Carpenter for being pregnant during the shooting of Angel

I was never a Gunn/Fred fan (although I like both characters). Perhaps this was a way of saying that their relationship was over.

I don’t think it had anything to do with her pregnancy. I heard it had more to do with how Charasma’s attitude on set in real life, but, that’s just a rumor and hopefully not true. David would probably know and I don’t think he’s ever commented.
