Glad you decided to take the plunge and move ahead. We all miss Bobby, but there's a lot still to happen. That episode was a bit better than I remembered, although I still don't like the actress who plays the girl. She's trying too hard to be sassy. And I don't know why they act like she saved the day. Dean was doing okay until she interrupted, forcing Dean to let go of the one he was just about to kill.

Probably to make her feel like she saved her father's life. It makes her feel like she did something very helpful and proud.

I wish that were the case, as it would make sense to me. But they are playing it that way to the audience too. Dean should have told her off for nearly getting them killed instead of congratulating her on saving them. Otherwise she gets the idea that she's a good hunter and might be tempted to carry on, thinking she knows best.
