Yeah this is a super character episode but not just for Mack. You see Simmons take the first steps to becoming more self reliant, and you see Lincoln take the first steps to actually becoming an agent. Strangely enough this is one of my all-time least favorite Daisy episodes. I don't like the arc they gave her in the middle of the season where she is being unreasonable with everybody regarding how inhumans should be handled. Then in this episode she terrorizes an innocent man for information, and later roughs up one of the watchdogs with her powers for more information. I would consider it a low point for her in the series.

So funny you say that... because this is actually when I started to really love Daisy. It's a flaw, and it humanizes her for me. Before this, a lot of what she's been since joining the team was too close to the "perfect woman". Her overcompensation for the prejudice of the world towards her kind is quite realistic, and I love that she's taking it a step too far.

This is my least favorite episode of the series but it’s still good. It really highlights the change in Mack. In season Two he was so afraid of alien things and inhumans. To now see him defend them is huge character development. He literally confronted a former version of himself. Mini Mac lol writers are so clever
